PCI Express SATA controller (Sil ) doesn’t work with Windows 10
During a copy, it would start fast and slow down to not copying at all. Unfortunately, while Windows 10 recognized the controller, found the driver for it and reported that the device works correctly, when I plug my external HDDs, Windows 10 starts to choke and become unusable.
