Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. The WiFi came back up, but the Broadcom is still disabled. I can confirm that there is a bug in the Creators Update that affects the compatibility with the Broadcom x driver. I disabled the controller to make wifi work long ago when I installed Creators Upgrade, as many other people did. The update also broke my wifi connection, and it took me awhile to figure out I had to disable the broadcom, disable the wifi Intel Wireless WiFi link AGN , then remove the wifi adaptor, then reboot sigh. Did this solve your problem? The issue you are facing is known, and sort-of fixes are being actively developed.

I have to use device manager to remove it then scan for hardware changes which reinstalls it and everything it then fine. Thanks for marking this as the answer. Sorry, but I don’t understand what you did to get it to work.

You can help protect broadcon from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number.
